Terms and Conditions

• Love Vlaanderen / the Platform: the dating service offered via love-vlaanderen.be and associated applications, managed by TTB Software Development B.V.
• TTB Software Development B.V. / we: the company located at Lagedijk 11A, 2064 KV Spaarndam, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77669703, VAT number NL861089364B01.
• User / you: every person who creates an account or uses the Platform.
• Services: all functionalities offered via the Platform, including creating profiles, matching, chatting, speed dates and purchasing credits.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Platform and all agreements between you and TTB Software Development B.V. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide correct and truthful information.
• You may only create one account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities that take place via your account.

When using Love Vlaanderen you agree that you:

• Use the Platform exclusively for personal dating purposes.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

It is not permitted to:

• Post offensive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content.
• Send spam, advertising or commercial messages.
• Share false or misleading profile information.
• Attempt to hack, manipulate or disrupt the Platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.

Love Vlaanderen operates with a credit system. Credits can be purchased and used for certain functionalities. Credit prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise. Credits are personal and non-transferable. Credits unused for 12 months may expire. Payments are processed through secure external payment providers.

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you have expressly agreed to the immediate provision of digital content and have thereby waived your right of withdrawal.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, texts, logos and graphic elements, belong to TTB Software Development B.V. or its licensors.

By placing content on the Platform (such as photos and texts), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display this content to other users within the context of the dating service.

• Love Vlaanderen is not liable for the behaviour of other users, both online and offline.
• We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of profile information of users.
• We are not liable for damage arising from contact or meetings with other users.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the damage-causing event, with a maximum of €100.

We attach great importance to your privacy. The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

You can delete your account at any time via the settings on the Platform or by contacting info@love-vlaanderen.be. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you act in violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation. If that is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland, The Netherlands. As a consumer in the EU, you can also file a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
